Erin (customer service rep), thank you for all the attention that you’ve provided to me since I moved from GEICO to your company.  You are one of the most helpful, understanding, and positive persons that I’ve met. You should be recognized for the following things:  your constant attention to detail, your consistency (you are not hot one day and cold another), your belief that customers come first, your constant striving to be the best you can be.

Kendal, Colorado Insurance, and their service team (Sarah) have been so good to us and have helped us so much with everything. It takes a huge weight off of my shoulders knowing that all of them quickly handled every situation that has come up with efficiency and kindness.
